- If you're outputting to your TV, you have to use PAL interlaced to
- get 625 lines. DblPAL is only for SVGA monitors, and runs at double the
- horizontal frequency of a TV montior. In order to make the graphics look
- good on output, you have to follow the old rules of:

- - Watch which colors are next to each other, lest they cause
- visible dot crawl.

- - Do not use lines less than three pixels thick, or else trim them
- with dimmer border colors to act as a sort of anti-aliasing.

- The sad truth is that your TV runs in PAL interlaced, it's just
- that you normally don't notice the flicker with real-world pictures.
- From what I remember, the 1200's composite output is fine for home use.
